According to the information obtained from the officials of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre, 311 thousand 428 real estate sales transactions were made last month, 3 billion 461 million 209 thousand 600 liras land registry fee income was provided.
August July, 222 thousand 578 real estate sales transactions were made, compared to the rate of real estate sales transactions increased by 40 percent.
January August 2022 across the country in the period of 2 million 137 thousand 670 real estate sales transactions were made. From these transactions, 24 billion 480 million 235 thousand 785 liras land registry fee income was obtained.
917 thousand 458 of the transactions consisted of housing, 371 thousand 358 of land, 593 thousand 521 of fields, 97 thousand 599 of workplaces, the rest of the sales of other immovable Decisions.
The most traded province was Istanbul with 272 thousand 574 sales.
Istanbul was followed by Ankara with 142 thousand 52, Izmir with 114 thousand 132, Antalya with 85 thousand 992, Bursa with 80 thousand 273, Konya with 66 thousand 299, Kocaeli with 57 thousand 961 and Balıkesir with 57 thousand 229.
