According to a written statement made by AFAD, 1117 aftershocks occurred after the 7.7 and 7.6 magnitude earthquakes centered in Pazardzhik and Elbistan districts of Kahramanmaras.

EVACUATION OF WOUNDED CONTINUED AT NIGHT
The Ministry of National Defense (MSB) reported that the evacuation of injured people in the earthquake zone continued with helicopters belonging to the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK).

Military helicopters delivered relief supplies to earthquake victims in the mountainous villages of Nurdağı and Islahiye districts of Gaziantep, which were affected by the 7.7 and 7.6 magnitude earthquakes centered on Kahramanmaraş.
