EVACUATION OF WOUNDED CONTINUED AT NIGHT

The Ministry of National Defense (MSB) reported that the evacuation of injured people in the earthquake zone continued with helicopters belonging to the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK).

“We have continued the evacuation of injured people from the earthquake zone continuously with our helicopters, even under night conditions,”the MSB’s social media account shared in the statement.

AID SUPPLIES WERE SENT TO THE VILLAGES

Military helicopters delivered relief supplies to earthquake victims in the mountainous villages of Nurdağı and Islahiye districts of Gaziantep, which were affected by the 7.7 and 7.6 magnitude earthquakes centered on Kahramanmaraş.
